May 12, 2015

Storage Boost's Chester branch, Chester Self Storage donates a storage unit to Chester Women's Aid.

Chester Self Storage, part of the Storage Boost group, have kindly donated the free use of a storage unit to the Chester Women’s Aid. They approached Chester Self Storage on Sealand Industrial Estate desperately needing somewhere to store their goods securely. Chester Self Storage is a family-run self storage company that provides modern indoor, secure units for both household and business usage at competitive rates. James Matthews, Store Manager says: ‘It is our pleasure to help such an important cause. We are always looking for ways to help make a difference to the local community.’

Chester Women’s Aid currently raises funds to support women and children who live with domestic abuse by providing grants when they are unable to access funds from any statutory sources. They also raise awareness of the issues surrounding domestic abuse for instance during the White Ribbon Day events. Lee Rean, Chair of Chester Women’s Aid says ‘We are extremely grateful for the support we receive from Chester Self Storage, which provides us with space to store items for the charity, such as our marketing materials. On behalf of the committee I would like to say a huge thank you to all the team!’
